ENG: I spent the New Year's Eve with my friends in London. It was very short (only 3 days/2nights), but very exciting trip. Althought there was not much time for sightseeing and to be honest, that wasn't the main goal of our trip, as we've been to London many times before, this time I do not have any new recommendations for you. Camden Town, Hyde Park and of cours evergreen when it comes to London - Oxford Street (whe place where shopping in two shops takes you half a day...) were the main points of our trip. As an outcome I brought back to Warsaw lots of clothes - I usually buy things only during the sales-time and as we all know sales in London are really worthy one :-)

today wearing: collar shirt & black jeans - primark, cream sweater - used to be my mums when she was my age :-), bag - new look, brown shoes - topshop %, watch - parfois.

ENG: Todays outfit is essence of what I call 'everyday'. I found this little bit oversize sweater in my mums wardrobe somewhere in June and when I asked her if I could take it, because they soon be very popular and I could save some money not-buying them, she laughted at me saying 'this is so out of fashion!'. Well, maybe, but I was right that cream sweaters was definetly in stores last summer. I like it because it goes well with shirts (especially with the fancy-collar ones) and ordinary jeans. The shoes are my another sales loot - I bought them for 1/4 of the regular price and they are maybe not the sexiest piece I've ever seen, but at lest they are flat (good for me, not having 1,90m) and comfty. The watch is birthday gift from my boyfriend :-) 

And as an iteresting fact - finally, after 1,5 year of living in Warsaw, I managed to visit the Palace of Culture and Science (most recognized monument of this city) and I must admit that the view from 30th floor is really outstanding. 

PL: Dzisiejszy strój to kwintesencja tego, co nazywam 'na co dzień'. Wygodne jeansy, sweter podkradziony z szafy mamy (kiedy wygrzebałam go z czeluści szafy w czerwcu, mama się nieźle uśmiała i powiedziała, że przecież jest on taki staromodny! Miesiąc później podobne kremowe swetry można było znaleźć dosłownie w każdym sklepie :-). Buty to mój ostatni wyprzedażowy łup, nabyte w Topshopie za 1/4 ceny może nie należą do najbardziej pociągających, ale przy najmniej są płaskie (co przy moim wzroście jest raczej zaletą) i wygodne. Zegarek dostałam w prezencie urodzinowym od mojego chłopaka :-)

W ramach ciekawostki muszę się przyznać, że w końcu po półtora roku mieszkania w Warszawie udało mi się zwiedzić Pałac Kultury i muszę przyznać że widok z trzydziestego piętra jest na prawdę niesamowity - zdecydowanie polecam!

ENG: Hello in a New Year! It's been a while (again), but one of my unspecified New Year resolutions is to revive the blog, clean up a little bit here and transform to...well you'll see. For now - few photos from my holidays spent in my beloved hometown Gdansk. The coat that I'm wearing is my sale loot. The problem I have with coats is that I  buy them and either it is beige trench or Iit doesn't match anything in my wardrobe. So eventually when I realized I end up with four different beige coats hanging in my wardrobe, I decided that I have to change the strategy. Burgund is almost as universal as beige, after all, isn't it?

PL: Witajcie w Nowym Roku! Sporo czasu minęło (jak zwykle) od ostatniej notatki, jednak jednym z moich (niespisanych co prawda jeszcze) postanowień jest ożywić bloga i przeprowadzić remanent generalny - efektów możecie się spodziewać już wkrótce. Na chwilę obecną wstawiam parę zdjęć z sesji w moim mieście rodzinnym Gdańsku, gdzie spędziłam bardzo długą i bardzo rozkoszną przerwę świąteczną. Pudełkowy płaszcz, który możecie zobaczyć na zdjęciach, jest jednym z moich wyprzedażowych łupów (o nich już wkrótce w poście zakupowym z Londynu). Mój problem z płaszczami jest taki, że dziwnym trafem zawsze kupuję beżowe trencze (jak sami możecie zobaczyć tu, tu, tu i tu), więc kiedy zorientowałam się, że mój czwarty z kolei płaszcz wiszący w szafie wygląda tak samo jak pozostałe, postanowiłam nieco zmienić strategie. W końcu bordowy jest prawie tak samo uniwersalny jak beż, prawda?
